Ray Hubbardwas a St. Paul, MN resident before relocating to the Marcell/Bigfork area in 1992. He served in the military in the early 50's and raised his family while working in a vast array of fields. Ray has 10 years of experience working in the industrial manufacturing industry; 20 years with the city of St. Paul in their home rehabilitation and relocation programs and 5 years experience as a general contractor in residential building. During his time with the City of St. Paul, he worked as a supervisor of the rehabilitation advisors as well as a problem solver between home owners and contractors. Ray and his family vacationed in the northern Itasca region for 40 years. He purchased his property on Horseshoe Lake in 1979 and currently resides there with his wife, Judie.
