Dave Ritter is the owner and broker of MN Lakeshore Properties. Dave and his wife, Cheryl, work together as a team to give buyers and sellers the best possible service. Cheryl Ritter is an agent and the Bookkeeper for MN Lakeshore Properties. Cheryl is the organizer of the "Ritter Real Estate Team". While Dave is actively marketing and selling real estate, Cheryl is assisting him with many of the "details" that make their team a success. Cheryl and her husband, Dave, have a home on Turtle Lake between Marcell and Bigfork. Cheryl also owns the Pine Cone Soup and Sandwich Shoppe which is right next door to the Real Estate office. In her spare time Cheryl enjoys watching the gardens grow, spending time with the grandkids, pontoon rides and "cabin activities". During the winter season they look forward to a trip south with their R.V. for a little time away before the Real Estate selling season picks up again. Although Cheryl and Dave are
"empty nesters" they really enjoy spending time with their families. They have 3 children who are all married and living "Up North". All have homes with in 10 miles of the Ritters. They have 6 adorable grandchildren which love to spend time with the Ritters at their lake home. Paul Hanson retired from the U. S. Forest Sercice after 32 years as a forester working in several states and on several different National Forests. Paul and his wife Diane have lived in the Edge of the Wilderness Area for the past 34 years. That experience, coupled with his outdoor interests give him the knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively and efficiently work with clients to meet their real estate needs. Paul has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since he became a sales associate in 2001.
